Scope:This specification has been declared “NONCURRENT” by the Aerospace Materials Division, SAE, as of August 2009. It is recommended, therefore, that this specification not be specified for new designs.“NONCURRENT” refers to those materials which may have been widely used previously and which may be required for production or processing of existing designs in the future. 【摘要】:1.1ThisEuropeanStandardappliesforcuttingmachinesforlaminatedglassincludingthefollowingsteps:transportandpositioning,synchronouscutting(scoring)frombothsides,break-out,electricalheatingandseparation.1.2ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththesignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttocuttingmachinesforlaminatedglasswhentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditonsforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).Thosehazards,whicharedealtwithinthead-hocstandardEN619forconveyorsareexcepted.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreduceriskswhichcanarisefromthesesignificanthazardsduringcommissioning,theoperationandmaintenance.Hazardsfromniosearenotconsideredtobesignificant.1.3ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletocutting(scoring)andbreak-outofmonolithoicglass(seeEN13035-3andEN13035-6).1.4ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletothecuttingoflaminatedglassbysawingorbytheuseofhigh-pressureliquid.1.5ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletothesignificanthazardsofconveyorsandmachinesforthemanufacture,treatmentandprocessingofflatglasssuchastiltingtables.1.6ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletocuttingmachinesforlaminatedglasswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
