适用范围
本标准是对ＧＢ／Ｔ９１０４．１～９１０４．９—１９８８的整合修订。本标准规定了工业硬脂酸的试验方法，包括碘值、皂化值、酸值、色泽、凝固点、水分、无机酸、灰分、组成的测定方法。本标准适用于由动物、植物油脂经水解后用压榨法或蒸馏法精制生产的工业用硬脂酸（主要成分为十八烷酸和十六烷酸）的测定。 本标准与原系列标准相比，主要变化如下：
———将ＧＢ／Ｔ９１０４．１～９１０４．９—１９８８整合修订后，分别作为第４章、第５章、第６章、第７章、第８章、第９章、第１０章、第１１章、第１２章的内容；
———增加了测定结果精密度要求；
———增加了试验报告要求；
———修订了原标准中一些编辑性错误。
