【摘要】:ThisspecificationwithintheIEC61249seriesdetailsrequirementsforthequalificationoftemporarysolderresistcoatings.Thesehavebeenreferredtoasamaskinthisspecificationsincetheyhavethefacilityofbeingreadilyremoved.Peelablesoldermasksareapplied(usuallybyscreenprinting)toareasofacompletedprintedboardorpanelpriortoshipment,inordertoprotectareasoftheboardorpanelduringsubsequentprocessesbytheboardassembler.Typically,peelablesoldermasksareusedtoprotectkeypadcontactsduringfluxingandsubsequentmasssoldering.Removalofthemaskwillthenleavearesidue-freeuntinnedcontactarea.Requirementsstatedinthisspecificationwillalsohavesomelimitedvalidityforassessingthesuitabilityofprintedboardswhicharesuppliedwithpeelablesoldermasks.RequirementsforthereleaseofprintedboardsusingpeelabiesoldermasksshouldbeincludedintheCustomerDetailSpecification(CDS).RequirementsforthequalificationofpermanentpolymericsolderresistivecoatingsaregiveninIEC61249-8-5,whichhasbeenusedasatemplateinconstructingthisspecification,inasfarasitmayapply.note:1)Tobepublished
