适用范围
为保证安全生产,本规程对起重机械的设计、制造、检验、报废、使用与管理等方面的安全要求,作了最基本的规定。
起重机的强度、刚度、稳定性、结构件在腐蚀性工作环境下的最小尺寸、抗倾覆稳定性等,一般应满足GB 3811一83《起重机设计规范》的规定。
本规程适用于:桥式起重机(包括冶金起重机)、门式起重机、装卸桥、缆索起重机、汽车起重机、轮胎起重机、履带起重机、铁路起重机、塔式起重机、门座起重机、桅杆起重机、升降机、电葫芦及简易起重设备和辅具。
本规程不适用于:浮式起重机、矿山井下提升设备、载人起重设备。

【摘要】:Apparentporosity,waterabsorption,apparentspecificgravity,andbulkdensityareprimarypropertiesofrefractoryshapes.Thesepropertiesarewidelyusedintheevaluationandcomparisonofproductqualityandaspartofthecriteriaforselectionanduseofrefractoryproductsinavarietyofindustrialapplications.Thesetestmethodsareusedfordetermininganyorallofthesepropertiesandareparticularlyusefulfortestinghydratableproducts.Thesetestmethodsareprimarystandardmethodsthataresuitableforuseinqualitycontrol,researchanddevelopment,establishingcriteriaforandevaluatingcompliancewithspecifications,andprovidingdatafordesignpurposes.Fundamentalassumptionsinherentinthesetestmethodsare:Thetestspecimensconformtotherequirementsforsize,configuration,andoriginalfaces,Theopenporesofthetestspecimensarefullyimpregnatedwithliquidduringthevacuum-pressuretreatment,andTheblottingofthesaturatedtestspecimensisperformedasspecifiedinaconsistentanduniformmannertoavoidwithdrawingliquidfromthepores.Deviationfromanyoftheseassumptionsadverselyaffectsthetestresults.Inlaboratorystudiesinvolvingcastablespecimen,abiaswasnotedbetweenformed2x00D7;2x00D7;2in.(50x00D7;50x00D7;50mm)andspecimensquarteredfromlarger9x00D7;4.5x00D7;2.5in.(228x00D7;114x00D7;64mm)castspecimens.Additionally,anerrorintheapparentporositydeterminationwasfoundoncastableswheneverthespecimenswereheatedto1500x00B0;F(816x00B0;C)andthenexposedtowaterasasaturationmedia.Theerrorwasattributedtoreactivityofcementwithwaterandsubsequentre-hydrationofcementphases.Thehigherthecementlevelofthecastable,thegreatertheerrornoted.Itwasconcludedthatanerrorinporosityvaluescouldoccurforrefractorymaterialshavingapotentialtoformhydratedspecieswithwater.Testingunderthesameconditionsinkeroseneproducedresultsthatwerebelievedtobemoreaccurate,butthedatasuggestedthatthekerosenemightnothavesaturatedtheopenporesofcastspecimenasreadilyaswater.Certainprecautionsmustbeexercisedininterpretingandusingresultsfromthesetestmethods.Allfourpropertyvaluesareinterrelatedbyatleasttwoofthethreebasedatavaluesgeneratedduringtesting.Thus,anerrorinanybasedatavaluewillcauseanerrorinatleastthreeofthepropertyvaluesforagiventestspecimen.Certainoftheproperties,thatis,apparentspecificgravityandbulkdensity,arefunctionsofotherfactorssuchasproductcomposition,compositionalvariabilitywithinthesameproduct,imperviousporosity,andtotalporosity.Generalizationsonorcomparisonsofpropertyvaluesshouldbejudiciouslymadebetweenlikeproductstestedbythesetestmethodsorwithfullrecognitionofpotentiallyinherentdifferencesbetweentheproductsbeingcomparedorthetestmethodused.Whenaliquidotherthanwaterisused,suchastypesofkeroseneormineralspirits,specificgravitymustbeknownbyeitherdeterminationormonitoringonacontrolledbasis.Specificgravitywillchangeduetodifferentgradesofliquids,evaporation,orcontaminationwithdirtorforeignmaterial.Thetestshouldnotberuniftheliquidbecomesdirty,foamy,orchangescolor,becauseforeignparticlescanblockporesandpreventimpregnationofthesample.1.1Thesetestmethodscoverthedeterminationofthefollowingpropert......
