【摘要】:ThisBritishStandardgivesrecommendationsandguidanceontheuseofropeaccessmethodsforworkataheight.Itisintendedforusebyemployers,employeesandself-employedpersonswhouseropeaccessmethods,andthosewhocommissionropeaccesswork.e.g.buildingownersandcontractors.ThisBritishStandardisapplicabletotheuseofropeaccessmethodsforaccesstobuildings,otherstructures(onoroffshore)ornaturalfeatures(suchasclifffaces),inwhichtheropesaresuspendedfromorconnectedtothestructureornaturalfeature.Itisapplicabletosituationswhereropesareusedastheprimarymeansofaccess,egressorsupportandastheprimarymeansofprotectionagainstafall.Thisstandardisnotintendedtoapplytotheuseofropeaccessmethodsforleisureactivities,arboriculture,generalsteeplejackmethodsoremergencypersonalevacuationsystems,ortotheuseofropeaccess(linerescue)techniquesbythefirebrigadeandotheremergencyservicesforrescueworkorfortraining.NOTEForbuildingownersandcontractors,theinformationandguidancegiveninclause4andclause5andin7.4and12.1isofparticularrelevance.

【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61131,whichisatechnicalreport,appliestotheprogrammingofprogram-mablecontrollersystemsusingtheprogramminglanguagesdefinedinIEC61131-3.Italsoprovidesguidelinesfortheimplementationoftheselanguagesinprogrammablecontrollersystemsandtheirprogrammingsupportenvironments(PSEs).IEC61131-4shouldbeconsultedforotheraspectsoftheapplicationofprogrammablecontrollersystems.NOTENeitherIEC61131-3northistechnicalreportexplicitlyaddressessafetyissuesofprogrammablecontrollersystemsortheirassociatedsoftware.ThevariouspartsofIEC61508shouldbeconsultedforsuchconsiderations.
