【摘要】:Thistestmethodisintendedtoprovideinformationontheabilityofanextrudedcatalysttoretainphysicalintegrityduringuse.1.1Thistestmethodcoversandissuitablefordeterminingtheresistanceofextrudedcatalystsandcatalystcarrierstocompressiveforcefromtheside.1.2Thistestmethodwasdevelopedusingextrudedcatalystandcatalystcarriersfrom1/16to1/8in.indiameter(0.159to0.318cm)andlimitedtopieceswithalengthtodiameterratiogreaterthanorequalto1:1.Thistestmethodmaybeapplicabletootherdiameters.1.3Thistestmethodissuitableforthedeterminationofmeancrushstrengthpermillimetreintherangeof0to15lbf/mm(0to65N/mm).1.4Thevaluesstatedinpoundslbf/mmunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareprovidedforinformationonly.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesandtodeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationsbeforeuse.
