【摘要】:1.1ThispartofEN12629,takentogetherwithEN12629-1:2000+A1:2010,appliestomachinesforthemanufactureofconstructionalproductsofcalcium-silicateorconcrete,wherethemould(s)is(are)mountedonaturningorslidetable.Themotivepowerforcompressingthemixtureiseffectedeithermechanically(AnnexesA,B),orhydraulically(AnnexesCandD).EN12629-1:2000+A1:2010specifiesgeneralrequirementsapplicabletomachinesforthemanufactureofconstructionalproductsfromconcreteandcalcium–silicate.Thisdocumentspecifiestheadditionalrequirementstoand/orthedeviationsfromEN12629-1:2000+A1:2010specifictothemachinesitcovers.1.2!ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazardspertinenttothesemachines,whentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazards.1.3ThisEuropeanStandardappliestothemachinesfromthepointatwhichthemixtureentersthemachine(seepoint1ofannexesA,B,C,D)andthepointwherethepalletsforconcreteproductsarebroughttotheassembly(seepoint8atannexesCandD)untilthepointwherethegreenproductsareremovedfromthemachinetothecuringsystem(seepoint2ofannexesA,B,C,D).1.4ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththehazardslistedinClause4whichcanariseduringtheoperationandmaintenance,includingtheinterfaces,oftheslideandturntablemachines,whencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.Thisstandardestablishessafetyrequirementsand/ormethodsofprotectionwhichapplytothesemachines."1.5Thisdocumentisnotapplicabletosideandturntablemachines,whicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.
