【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthecharacteristicsandrequirementsforcomponentssuchaspipes,fittingsandvalvesmadefrompoly(vinylidenefluoride)(PVDF),intendedtobeusedforthermoplasticspipingsystemsinthefieldofindustrialapplicationsabove-ground.ItisapplicabletoPVDFpipes,fittings,valvesandancillaryequipment,theirjointsandtojointswithcomponentsofotherplasticsandnon-plasticsmaterials,dependingontheirsuitability,intendedtobeusedfortheconveyanceofliquidandgaseousfluidsaswellasofsolidmattersinfluidsforindustrialapplicationsincluding--chemicalplants,--industrialsewerageengineering,--powerengineering(coolingandgeneralpurposewater),--electroplatingandpicklingplants,--semiconductorindustry,--agriculturalproductionplants,and--watertreatment.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoPVDFpipingsystemsforuseattemperaturesupto150~C.However,forapplicationsabove120~C,whichdependuponthecrystallinemeltingpointofthePVDFmaterial,itisadvisabletoseektheadviceofthemanufacturerofthecomponent(thecomponentshavetowithstandthemechanical,thermalandchemicaldemandstobeexpectedandtoberesistanttothefluidstobeconveyed).CharacteristicsandrequirementswhichareapplicableforPVDFingeneralarecoveredbytherelevantclausesofthisInternationalStandard.ThosecharacteristicsandrequirementswhichdependonthematerialusedaregiveninAnnexA.
