【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesgeneralrequirementsfortheconstruction,testingandperformanceofelectricallyoperatedcarbonmonoxidegasdetectionapparatus,designedforcontinuousoperationindomesticpremises.Theapparatusmaybemainsorbatterypowered.SuchapparatusisintendedtowarnofanaccumulationofCO,enablingtheoccupanttoreactbeforebeingexposedtosignificantrisk.Thisstandardspecifiestwotypesofapparatus,theseare:TypeA-toprovideavisualandaudiblealarmandanexecutiveactionintheformofanoutputsignalthatcanbeusedtoactuatedirectlyorindirectlyaventilationorotherancillarydevice.TypeB-toprovideavisualandaudiblealarmonly.Thisstandardexcludesapparatus:-forthedetectionofcombustiblegases,otherthancarbonmonoxideitself;(seeEN50194:2000);-forthedetectionofCOinindustrialinstallationsorcommercialpremises;(seeEN45544series);-foruseinboats,caravansormobilehomes;-forCOmeasurementforsmokeandfiredetection(seeprEN12239).
