【摘要】:ThispartofISO10791specifiesamethodofcheckingthecontouringperformanceofmachiningcentres(ornumericallycontrolledmillingmachines,etc.,whereapplicable)byconductingcirculartestsinthethreecoordinateplanes(XY,YZandXZ)andbyevaluatingtheradialdeviation,F,andcirculardeviation,G,inaccordancewithISO230-4.NOTEMeasurementsofcircularmovementscanbecarriedoutbydifferentmethodsasdescribedin6.6ofISO230-1:1996.Thesemethodsconsistofusingarotatingone-dimensionalprobeandatestmandrel,acircularmasterpieceandatwo-dimensionalprobe,oratelescopingballbar.Othertestmethodsmaybeappliediftheaccuracyoftheequipmentisthesameas(orbetterthan)theaccuracyofthemethodsdescribed.InfluencesoftypicalmachinedeviationsoncircularpathsareshowninannexBofISO230-4:1996.ThepurposeofthechecksbycirculartestsdescribedinthispartofISO10791istoverifythecircularmovement—onlyinonepositionpercoordinateplaneofthemachine,—atonlyonefeedrate,and—torepeatthetestonceintheoppositecontouringdirection.ThepurposeofthispartofISO10791isnottoprovideameansofanalysingthecausesforthemeasuredcirculardeviations,buttooffertheuseramethodforperiodiccheckingofthemachinetool.ItisrecommendedtocarryoutthetestsofthispartofISO10791oncethemachinetoolhassatisfactorilyundergonetheacceptancetestsandtousetheseresultsasabasisforcomparisonwhencarryingoutperiodicchecks.Therefore,acceptabledeviationsfromtheinitialresultsshallbedecidedbytheuser.Ifthetestsareusedformachineacceptancepurposes,thesupplier/manufacturerandtheusershallagreeohspecificdiameters,feedratesandtolerancesforthetests.NOTEISO10791-6,whichdealswiththeaccuracyoffeeds,speedsandinterpolations,alsoincludesastestK4acirculartest.Here,thepurposeistocheckthemutualbehaviouroftwolinearaxes(generallyXandY)attwodefinedfeedratesforonedefineddiameter.Thisismoreorlessadiagnostictestwithrespecttothecircularinterpolation,whereasthecirculartestsofthispartofISO10791giveinformationontheoverallcontouringperformanceofthemachine.
