【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoverstestsforvariousmagneticpropertiesofflat-castamorphousmagneticmaterialsatpowerfrequencies(50and60Hz)usingsheet-typespecimensinayoke-typetestfixture.Itprovidesfortestingusingeithersingle-ormultiple-layerspecimens.Note1-Thistestmethodhasbeenappliedonlyatfrequenciesof50and60Hz,butwithproperinstrumentationandapplicationoftheprinciplesoftestingandcalibrationembodiedinthetestmethod,itisbelievedtobeadaptabletotestingatfrequenciesrangingfrom25to400Hz.Thistestmethodprovidesatestforspecificcoreloss,specificexcitingpowerandacpeakpermeabilityatmoderateandhighfluxdensities,butisrestrictedtoverysoftmagneticmaterialswithdccoercivitiesof0.07Oe[5.57A/m]orless.Thetestmethodalsoprovidesproceduresforcalculatingacpeakpermeabilityfrommeasuredpeakvaluesoftotalexcitingcurrentsatmagneticfieldstrengthsuptoabout2Oe[159A/m].Explanationofsymbolsandabbreviateddefinitionsappearinthetextofthistestmethod.TheofficialsymbolsanddefinitionsarelistedinTerminologyA340.ThistestmethodshallbeusedinconjunctionwithPracticeA34/A34M.1.6Thevaluesstatedineithercustomary(cgs-emuandinch-pound)orSIunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Withinthisstandard,SIunitsareshowninbrackets.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnonconformancewiththisstandard.1.7Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
