【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddescribesthetestmethodforthedeterminationofmacroscopicresidualorappliedstressesnon-destructivelybyX-raydiffractionanalysisinthenear-surfaceregionofapolycrystallinespecimenorcomponent.Allmaterialswithasufficientdegreeofcrystallinitycanbeanalysed,butlimitationsmayariseinthefollowingcases(briefindicationsaregiveninClause12):?Stressgradients;?Latticeconstantsgradient;?Surfaceroughness;?Non-flatsurfaces(see5.1.2);?Highlytexturedmaterials;?Coarsegrainedmaterial(see5.1.4);?Multiphasematerials;?Overlappingdiffractionlines;?Broaddiffractionlines.Thespecificproceduresdevelopedforthedeterminationofresidualstressesinthecaseslistedabovearenotincludedinthisdocument.ThemethoddescribedisbasedontheangulardispersivetechniquewithreflectiongeometryasdefinedbyEN13925-1.Therecommendationsinthisdocumentaremeantforstressanalysiswhereonlythediffractionlineshiftisdetermined.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcovermethodsforresidualstressanalysesbasedonsynchrotronX-rayradiationanditdoesnotexhaustivelyconsiderallpossibleareasofapplication.RadiationProtection.ExposureofanypartofthehumanbodytoX-rayscanbeinjurioustohealth.ItisthereforeessentialthatwheneverX-rayequipmentisused,adequateprecautionsshouldbetakentoprotecttheoperatorandanyotherpersoninthevicinity.RecommendedpracticeforradiationprotectionaswellaslimitsforthelevelsofX-radiationexposurearethoseestablishedbynationallegislationineachcountry.Iftherearenoofficialregulationsorrecommendationsinacountry,thelatestrecommendationsoftheInternationalCommissiononRadiologicalProtectionshouldbeapplied.

【摘要】:ThispartoftheInternationalStandardISO6721describesanultrasonicwavepropagationmethodfordeterminingthestoragecomponentsofthelongitudinalcomplexmodulusLandtheshearcomplexmodulusGofpolymersatdiscretefrequenciestypicallyintherange0.5MHzto5MHz.Themethodissuitableformeasuringmaterialswithstoragemoduliintherange0.01GPato200GPaandwithlossfactorsbelow0.1ataround1MHz.Withmaterialsthathaveahigherloss,significanterrorsinvelocitymeasurementareintroducedthroughwaveformdistortionandcanonlybereducedusingproceduresthatareoutsidethescopeofthisstandard.Themethodallowsmeasurementstobemadeonsmallspecimens,typically50mm×20mm×5mm,orsmallregionsoflargerspecimensorsheets.Itisthereforepossibletoobtaininformationonthehomogeneityoranisotropy(seeclause10.5)ofmodulusinaspecimen.
