【摘要】:1.1Thispracticeisintendedtoassistinthepreparationofformalplansforcontaminationcontrol,especiallyofaerospacecriticalsurfaces.Requirementsmaybeestablishedatthesystemslevel,eitherbythecustomerorthesystemsintegrator,oratthesubsystemlevel.Subsystemrequirementsmaybeimposedbytheresponsiblesubsystemsupplierortheymaybefloweddownfromthesystemsorganization(4.7).Theextentofdetailandlevelofcleanlinessrequiredcanvarywiththeparticularapplicationandtypeofhardwarebeingbuilt,butallaspectsofcontaminationcontrolmustbeincludedinafinalplan.Therefore,eachofthefollowingelementsmustbeconsideredforinclusioninacontaminationcontrolplan(CCP):1.1.1Cleanlinessrequirementsfordeliverablehardwareaddressingparticulate,molecular,orbiologicalcontaminantsorcombinationthereof.Specifycontaminationlimitsandanybudgetallocations.1.1.2Implementationplanstoachieve,verify,andmaintainthespecifiedcleanlinessrequirements.Specifymaterialandprocesscontrols,cleaningtechniques,verificationtests,protectionandpreventionplans,transportationcontrols,andcorrectiveactionfordiscrepancies.1.1.3Environmentalcontrolsincludingcleanfacilitiestobeused,facilitymaintenance,andmonitoringschedule.1.1.4Personnelandoperationalcontrolsincludingoperatingprocedures,restrictions,training,motivation,andorganizationalresponsibilitiesincludingtheorganizationorindividualforimplementationandverificationoftheCCP.
