【摘要】:ThispartofISO15614specifieshowapreliminaryweldingprocedurespecificationisqualifiedbyweldingproceduretests.Itappliestothearcandgasweldingofcopperandcopperalloysinallproductforms.ThispartofISO15614definestheconditionsfortheexecutionofweldingproceduretestsandtherangeofqualificationforweldingproceduresforallpracticalweldingoperationswithintherangeofvariableslistedinClause9.ThispartofISO15614isapplicabletoallnewweldingprocedures.However,itdoesnotinvalidatepreviousweldingproceduretestsmadetoformernationalstandardsorspecifications.Whereadditionaltestshavetobecarriedouttomakethequalificationtechnicallyequivalent,itisonlynecessarytodotheadditionaltestsonatestpiecemadeinaccordancewiththispartofISO15614.Additionaltestsmayberequiredbyapplicationstandards.TheprinciplesofthispartofISO15614maybeappliedtootherfusionweldingprocesses.
