【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing.ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththesafetyofelectrickitchenmachinesforhouseholdandsimilarpurposes,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250V.Appliancesintendedfornormalhouseholdandsimilaruseandthatmayalsobeusedbylaymeninshops,inlightindustryandonfarms,arewithinthescopeofthisstandard.However,iftheapplianceisintendedtobeusedprofessionallytoprocessfoodforcommercialconsumption,theapplianceisnotconsideredtobeforhouseholdandsimilaruseonly.Asfarasispracticable,thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbyapplianceswhichareencounteredbyallpersonsinandaroundthehome.However,ingeneral,itdoesnottakeintoaccount–persons(includingchildren)whose?physical,sensoryormentalcapabilities;or?lackofexperienceandknowledgepreventsthemfromusingtheappliancesafelywithoutsupervisionorinstruction;–childrenplayingwiththeappliance.
