【摘要】:Thistestmethodistobeusedasaqualitycontrolorqualityassurancetest.Asamanufacturingqualitycontrol(MQC)test,itwouldgenerallybeusedbythegeocompositeproductmanufacturerorfabricator.Asaconstructionqualityassurance(CQA)test,itwouldbeusedbycertificationorinspectionorganizations.Thistestmethodcanalsobeusedtoverifyiftheadhesionorbondstrengthvariesafterexposuretovariousincubationmediaindurabilityand/orchemicalresistancetesting.Whateveruseistobeassociatedwiththetest,itshouldbeunderstoodthatthisisanindextest.Note28212;TherehavebeennumerousattemptstorelatetheresultsofthistesttotheinterfaceshearingresistanceoftherespectivematerialsdeterminedperTestMethodD5321.Todate,norelationshipshavebeenestablishedbetweenthetwoproperties.TestMethodD7005fordeterminingthebondstrength(plyadhesion)strengthmaybeusedasanacceptancetestofcommercialshipmentsofgeocomposites,butcautionisadvisedsinceinformationaboutbetween-laboratoryprecisionisincomplete.Comparativetestsasdirectedin5.4.1areadvisable.InthecaseofadisputearisingfromdifferencesinreportedtestresultswhenusingtheprocedureinTestMethodD7005foracceptanceofcommercialshipments,thepurchaserandthesuppliershouldfirstconfirmthatthetestswereconductedusingcomparabletestparametersincludingspecimenconditioning,gripfaces,gripsize,etc.Comparativetestsshouldthenbeconductedtodetermineifthereisastatisticalbiasbetweentheirlaboratories.Competentstatisticalassistanceisrecommendedfortheinvestigationofbias.Asaminimum,thetwopartiesshouldtakeagroupoftestspecimensthatareashomogeneousaspossibleandthatarefromalotofthematerialinquestion.Thetestspecimensshouldberandomlyassignedtoeachlaboratoryfortesting.TheaverageresultsfromthetwolaboratoriesshouldbecomparedtotheStudent''st-testforunpaireddataandanacceptableprobabilitylevelchosenbythetwopartiesbeforethetestingisbegun.Ifabiasisfound,eitheritscausemustbefoundandcorrectedorthepurchaserandsuppliermustagreetointerpretfuturetestresultsinthelightoftheknownbias.RefertoPracticeD2905,Table1.1.1Ithasbeenwidelydiscussedintheliteraturethatbondstrengthofflexiblemulti-plymaterialsisdifficulttomeasurewithcurrenttechnology.Theaboveisrecognizedandaccepted,sinceallknownmethodsofmeasurementincludetheforcerequiredtobendtheseparatedlayers,inadditiontothatrequiredtoseparatethem.However,usefulinformationcanbeobtainedwhenonerealizesthatthebendingforceisincludedandthatdirectcomparisonbetweendifferentmaterials,orevenbetweenthesamematerialsofdifferentthickness,cannotbemade.Also,conditioningthataffectsthemodulioftheplieswillbereflectedinthebondstrengthmeasurement.1.2Thisindextestmethoddefinesaprocedureforcomparingthebondstrengthorplyadhesionofgeocomposites.Thefocusisongeotextilesbondedtogeonetsorothertypesofdrainagecores;forexample,geomats,geospacers,etc.Otherpossibleusesaregeotextilesadheredorbondedtothemselves,geomembranes,geogrids,orotherdissimilarmaterials.Variousprocessescanmakesuchlaminates:adhesives,thermalbonding,stitchbonding,needling,spreadcoating,etc.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareprovidedforinformationpurposesonly.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthis......
