【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62271appliestocompactswitchgearassembliesconsistingofatleastoneswitchingdevicedirectlyconnectedto,orsharingcomponentswith,oneormoreotherdevicessuchthatthereisaninteractionbetweenthefunctionsoftheindividualdevices.Suchassembliesaremadeupofdevicesdefinedin1.101andaredesigned,testedandsuppliedforuseasasingleunit.Theinteractionbetweendevicesmaybeduetoproximity,sharingofcomponentsoracombinationofboth.Theassembliesmaycontaincomponentsofairinsulatedswitchgear(AIS)onlyoracombinationofAISandgasinsulatedswitchgear(GIS),socalledmixedtechnologyswitchgear(MTS)andmaybedeliveredentirelyprefabricatedorpartiallyassembled.ItisnotpossibletodefineallpotentialarrangementsofcompactswitchgearassemblieshoweverfourexamplesareshownforinformationinAnnexA.Thesecompactswitchgearassembliesareforindoorand/oroutdoorinstallationsinsystemshavingratedvoltagesabove52kVandservicefrequenciesof50Hzand60Hz.Thisstandardcoverstheinfluenceonperformanceoftheinteractionsbetweendeviceswithincompactswitchgearassembliesanddefinesratingsandtestproceduresfortheseassemblies.IEC62271-1isapplicableifnotstatedotherwise.ThisstandarddoesnotapplytoswitchgearassembliesconsistingsolelyofGISwhicharecoveredby62271-203.1.101ObjectiveTheobjectiveofthisstandardistorespondtotheincreasinguseofcompactswitchgearassembliesthatperformthefunctionsofanumberofseparatedevicesandtheircontrolgear.Numerousarrangementsarepossibleandthisstandardprovidesguidanceonbasictypesofassemblieswhichmightbeenvisaged.Astherearepotentialinteractionsbetweendeviceswithinsuchassemblies,itisnecessarytoconsiderthestandardizationrequirementsfortheassemblyinitsentirety.Thedevices,definedbyIECstandards,whichmayformpartofacompactswitchgearassemblyarelistedbelow:Switchingdevices:?Circuit-breakersIEC62271-100?Disconnectors/EarthingswitchesIEC62271-102?SwitchesIEC60265-2?Disconnectingcircuit-breakersIEC62271-108Devices:?Instrumenttransformers–CurrenttransformersIEC60044-1,IEC60044-8–VoltagetransformersIEC60044-2,IEC60044-5,IEC60044-7–CombinedtransformersIEC60044-3?SurgearrestersIEC60099-4?BushingsIEC60137?InsulatorsIEC61462,IEC62155?CableconnectionsIEC62271-209?TransformerconnectionsIEC61639Eachswitchingdevice,deviceandtheircontrolgearformingpartofacompactswitchgearassemblyshallcomplywiththerelevantindividualstandard.IfpartofthecompactswitchgearassemblyisformedbymetalenclosedswitchgeardevicestherequirementsofIEC62271-203apply.Compactswitchgearassemblies,asdefinedinthisstandard,areconsideredtobeasingleproductwithasingleserialnumberandonesetofdocumentation.

【摘要】:Thisprocedureissuitableformanufacturingcontrolandforverifyingthattheproductmeetsspecifications.Thistestmethodprovidesrapid,multielementdeterminationswithsufficientaccuracytoensureproductqualityandminimizeproductiondelays.TheanalyticalperformancedatamaybeusedasabenchmarktodetermineifsimilarX-rayspectrometersprovideequivalentprecisionandaccuracy,oriftheperformanceofaparticularX-rayspectrometerhaschanged.Calciumissometimesaddedtosteeltoeffectinclusionshapecontrolinordertoenhancecertainmechanicalpropertiesofsteel.Thistestmethodisusefulfordeterminingtheresidualcalciuminthesteelaftersuchtreatment.Becausecalciumoccursprimarilyininclusions,theprecisionofthistestmethodisafunctionofthedistributionofthecalcium-bearinginclusionsinthesteel.Thevariationofdeterminationsonfreshlypreparedsurfaceswillgivesomeindicationofthedistributionoftheseinclusions.1.1ThistestmethodcoversthewavelengthdispersiveX-rayfluorescenceanalysisoflow-alloysteelsforthefollowingelements:1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SpecificprecautionarystatementsaregiveninSection10.
